Job Summary
The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions. This role ensures smooth office operations, employee engagement, compliance, and support across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Duties
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
• Support employee engagement activities and initiatives
• Address employee queries and grievances
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Assist in performance management processes
Administrative Duties
• Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-maintained workplace
• Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and inventory
• Handle travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and logistics
• Maintain office assets and coordinate maintenance activities
• Ensure health, safety, and security standards are followed
• Support event planning and internal meetings
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Preferred Skills
• Experience with HR software (HRMS tools)
• Basic knowledge of payroll processing
• Ability to handle confidential information
