Runway Relay is a luxury fashion rental startup looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Operations & Warehouse Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily warehouse operations and inventory.
* Track and update inventory using Microsoft Excel.
* Coordinate with delivery companies, laundry, and tailoring partners.
* Prepare customer orders and returned items.
* Inspect garments before dispatch and upon return to ensure quality standards.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
* Support daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
* Communicate with customers and service providers when required.
Requirements
* Previous experience in Operations, Administration, Logistics, Inventory Management, or Warehouse Coordination.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Good English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
* Positive attitude and willingness to grow within a startup environment.
Important
Applicants must already hold a valid UAE residence visa (Own Visa, Family Sponsorship, or similar). Company visa sponsorship or visa transfer is not available at this stage.
