Job Overview
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of our daily office operations. You will support management, assist team members, and ensure efficient communication across departments. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1) Manage and coordinate daily office operations, schedules, and appointments.
2) Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.
3) Prepare, edit, and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
4) Maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure data integrity and easy access.
5) Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
6) Greet and assist visitors and clients upon arrival.
7) Monitor and replenish office supplies and inventory.
Requirements & Qualifications
1) Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or in a similar clerical role.
2) Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and standard office equipment.
3) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4) Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
5) A high degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
6) High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
