We are looking for a reliable, well-presented, and organized **Office Girl / Administrative Assistant** to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be proactive, professional, and capable of supporting daily office operations.
**Responsibilities:**
* Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments for staff and visitors
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office, pantry, and meeting rooms
* Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic administrative tasks
* Assist with office supplies inventory and purchasing
* Welcome visitors and support reception duties when required
* Support management and staff with day-to-day office activities
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
* Good communication skills in English
* Well-groomed, polite, and professional attitude
* Ability to multitask and work independently
* Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate
