Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations / Admin Assistant with 3–5 years of relevant work experience to support daily business operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and operational support to management and various departments.
• Track and maintain department inventory, office supplies, and equipment; place orders and liaise with vendors as needed.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding operational and administrative matters.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and visa applications.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence professionally.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Maintain proper filing systems, records, and company documentation
• Support HR and Accounts departments with administrative and operational requirements.
• Review sales contracts, client LPOs, and related documents for accuracy and compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounts or related field
• Previous administrative or operations experience preferred
• Familiarity with office management software and databases
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Currently in the UAE with the ability to join immediately.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems
• Basic accounting or inventory management knowledge
