We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning. The ideal candidate should be efficient, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
• Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
• Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Assist with basic accounting tasks (invoices, data entry, records)
• Support HR tasks such as maintaining employee records
• Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment
Requirements
• Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
