We are hiring a reliable Office Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and able to handle basic office tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and organize office files and documents
• Assist with basic data entry and record keeping
• Handle phone calls and simple inquiries
• Support staff with daily office tasks
• Monitor office supplies and maintain cleanliness
• Assist with basic coordination when required
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Good communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
• Responsible and organized
• Previous experience is a plus
• Freshers can also apply
