TOP LUXURY PROPERTY is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist with strong Dubai real estate recruitment experience.
What You’ll Do
🔹 Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
🔹 Source and attract top Dubai real estate talent
🔹 Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
🔹 Use LinkedIn, Naukri, Instagram & premium recruitment platforms
🔹 Work closely with management on hiring strategies
🔹 Support HR administration and employee relations
🔹 Build TLP’s employer brand and your own personal brand, with in-house marketing support
What We’re Looking For
✅ Dubai real estate recruitment experience
✅ Strong communication, relationship-building & sales skills
✅ Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri & social media recruitment
✅ Proactive, target-driven and highly organized
✅ English & Hindi mandatory
✅ Master's degree preferred; strong experience will also be considered
