To assist the Room Service manager / Room Service Supervisor in all daily operational aspects .To ensure that proactive hospitality and suggestive selling are a primary concern. Guest handling skills must be superior in standards, while communication, follow-up and firm, but fair management are the key to reach this goal.

Room service order taken, delivered and processed with accuracy in guest accounts and charging.
