WE ARE HIRING – Labour Technician / Handyman
Third Estate Technical Services LLC is looking for a skilled and reliable Labour Technician / Handyman to join our growing property maintenance team in Dubai. The role includes diagnosing maintenance issues, performing repairs efficiently, and ensuring all work is completed safely, professionally, and to a high standard while providing excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities & Skills:
* Painting works
* AC maintenance and basic troubleshooting
* Plumbing works
* Electrical works
* General maintenance
* Handyman and repair works
* Hardworking, reliable, and responsible
* Good customer service and communication skills
* Professional attitude and appearance
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid UAE Driver's License (Required)
Note: Salary negotiable upon skills
