Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of commercial boilers, calorifiers, water heaters, and associated hot water distribution systems (fire-tube, water-tube, and condensing boilers).
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and combustion-related faults in boiler plant equipment and execute timely repairs to minimize downtime.
Maintain large-capacity domestic hot water (DHW) systems, including circulation pumps, mixing valves, plate heat exchangers, and storage/calorifier tanks, ensuring consistent temperature and pressure delivery across multi-floor or multi-building sites.
Conduct combustion analysis, water treatment checks, and chemical balancing to optimize efficiency and prevent scale, corrosion, and legionella risk.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) programs, including descaling, gasket and valve replacement, burner servicing, and safety device testing (pressure relief valves, low-water cutoffs, flame safeguard controls).
Respond promptly to emergency call-outs for boiler or hot water system failures, particularly in life-safety-sensitive environments such as hospitals.
Read and interpret boiler schematics, P&ID diagrams, and building management system (BMS) data to identify and resolve system inefficiencies.

Coordinate with facilities management, contractors, and vendors on system upgrades, retrofits, or capital replacement projects.
Support commissioning and startup of new boiler installations on commercial construction or renovation projects.
Adhere to all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout (LOTO), confined space entry, and pressure vessel safety procedures.
