After-Sales Service – Laboratory Testing Equipment
We are looking for a qualified and motivated Electrical / Mechanical Technician to join our team and work in the After-Sales Service Department for Laboratory Testing Equipment.
Requirements
- Diploma or technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, or servicing of electrical/mechanical equipment.
- Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to diagnose faults, perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment installation.
- Experience with laboratory testing equipment, industrial machinery, or similar technical equipment is an advantage.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical manuals.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Main Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of laboratory testing equipment.
- Troubleshooting and repair of electrical and mechanical faults.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance.
Calibration support and performance checks where required.
- Providing technical support and training to customers.
- Preparing service reports after each customer visit.
Coordinating with manufacturers' technical departments when necessary.
- Maintaining a professional relationship with customers and providing high-quality after-sales support.
Location: UAE
