- Install, inspect, service, maintain, and repair air-conditioning and ventilation systems.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of split, cassette, package, ducted, and other HVAC systems.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related faults and identify the cause of equipment failures.
- Check and maintain compressors, condensers, evaporators, thermostats, motors, fans, filters, and related components.
- Clean air filters, evaporator coils, condenser coils, drain trays, and other AC components.
- Check refrigerant levels and identify refrigerant leaks; carry out refrigerant charging where required.
- Perform electrical checks, including testing of wiring, capacitors, contactors, relays, and control panels.
- Attend emergency AC breakdown and service calls and complete repairs within the required timeframe.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance as per the company's maintenance schedule and AMC requirements.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance work, repairs, spare parts used, and equipment condition.
- Follow health and safety procedures while working at client sites and company premises.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and used safely.
- Coordinate with supervisors, clients, and other technicians to complete assigned work efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe working area after completing maintenance or repair work.
- Report major faults, replacement requirements, and additional repair works to the supervisor.
- Perform any other technical duties reasonably assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Relevant technical qualification or diploma in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, HVAC, or a related field.
- Previous experience as an AC/HVAC Technician is preferred.
- Good knowledge of air-conditioning systems, refrigeration principles, and electrical controls.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair AC and HVAC equipment independently.
- Ability to read basic electrical and technical diagrams.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and attend emergency breakdowns when required.
- UAE driving licence is an advantage.
- Knowledge of UAE health and safety requirements is preferred.
