Engagement: Full-time employee on a UAE visa
Reports to: Lead Technician / Operations Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE (Field-based). Company van provided.
Salary: up to AED 5,000 depending on experience
Working hours / day off: On call
Purpose
Deliver a wide range of in-home maintenance and repair services across our catalogue of more than 68 services, working to a daily schedule and supporting the Lead Technician on larger jobs.
Key Responsibilities
• Carry out home maintenance and repair jobs across multiple trades to a high standard.
• Cover core trades: plumbing, painting, and electrical.
• Work to a daily route and schedule, driving the company van between jobs.
• Assist the Lead Technician on larger or specialist jobs as the second technician.
• Photograph and document completed work for the office.
• Maintain tools, materials, and the van in good order.
• Represent the company professionally in clients' homes.
Requirements
• Valid UAE driving licence (essential).
• Hands-on multi-trade experience; plumbing, painting, and electrical preferred.
• Formal trade qualification is a strong advantage. Electrical certification is especially valued.
• Reliable, physically capable, and presentable.
• Working English communication skill.
