📍 Al Barsha, Dubai | Full-Time | Immediate Hiring
Are you a true all-rounder on site? We're looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Technician to join our growing team in Dubai — one capable professional who can independently handle plumbing, electrical, masonry, painting, tiling, and carpentry work across all our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plumbing: Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures.
- Electrical: Complete basic wiring, install sockets and lighting, and perform electrical troubleshooting.
- Masonry: Execute blockwork, plastering, screeding, and basic gypsum/ceiling repairs
- Painting: Perform complete surface preparation, priming, and interior/exterior painting.
- Tiling & Waterproofing: Lay wall and floor tiles, handle grouting, and apply sealants/waterproofing
- Carpentry: Install and repair doors, frames, skirting, basic furniture, and general woodwork
- Site Maintenance: Maintain tool safety, site cleanliness, and follow overall safety protocols
Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in construction, interior fit-out, or property maintenance.
- Direct, practical experience across all listed trades.
- Proven UAE work experience is required.
- Ability to read basic site drawings and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physically fit, safety-conscious, and cooperative
- A valid UAE driving license is a strong advantage
