HVAC Technician – Retail Interior Fit-Out
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join our retail interior fit-out team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for HVAC installation, modification, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance at retail and commercial project sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Install and modify FCU, AHU, FAHU, split, cassette, ducted AC and VRF/VRV systems.
* Install ductwork, copper piping, insulation and condensate drainage.
* Carry out pressure testing, vacuuming, refrigerant charging and leak detection.
* Troubleshoot HVAC, refrigeration and basic electrical/control faults.
* Read and follow HVAC/shop drawings and coordinate with other MEP and interior trades.
* Conduct testing, commissioning and snag rectification.
* Follow project quality, HSE and site requirements.
Requirements
* ITI/Diploma/Certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration or Mechanical field.
* Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in UAE.
* Retail/commercial interior fit-out experience preferred.
* Good knowledge of HVAC installation and troubleshooting.
* Ability to read HVAC drawings.
* Good teamwork, discipline and safety awareness.
* Willing to work on different project sites and during overtime/night shifts when required.
