الوصف:

1. Participate in formulation of vision, mission, values, policies, strategies, long term and short term goals for the department; supervise and monitor the achievement of the goals through documented and approved practices.

2. Supervise the development and implementation of quality manuals, standards, guidelines, rules, procedures, and corresponding forms; complying fully with the DHA regulation and international practices.

3. Formulate a scheme to develop the data collection, statistical analysis and evaluation; and routine reporting systems for all sections

4. Approve the staff evaluation and training programs and plans, and formulate a scheme to monitor the effectiveness of the training program in coordination with the concerned departments.

6. Maintain control of all operational activities in Administrative Sections and report to the hospital C.E.O.

7. Contribute actively in the planning, evaluation and implementation of work procedures in accordance with the policies, circulars and objectives of the Al Rashid Hospital.

8. Oversee and approve plans and mechanism for monitoring the human resources, financial budgets, and assure the efficient utilization of the resources in coordination with the concerned departments.

9. Ensure efficient liaison with authorities on administrative matters where the latter involvement is required

10. Coordinate with the Engineering Department for different facilities maintenance and proper risk management processes

11. Monitor levels of productivity and efficiency in the various sections using appropriate performance indicators; and report opportunities for improvements.

12. Prepare necessary study for the Hospital structural facilities Modification as assigned by the CEO of the hospital.

13. Ensure that all operational policies and practices focus on the principle of customer care.

14. Participate in any other related activity as assigned by line manager .




Qualifications :

Master: Minimum of 8 years experience, 5 years senior management experience

Bachelor: Minimum of 13 years experience, 5 years senior management experience
