Qualifications :

Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following;

Preparing, cooking and serving all recipe dishes from your section to Brand standard
Minimizing wastage through correct preparation levels, stock control and portioning
Working with your colleagues to ensure the day to day operation is smooth
Training, supporting, coaching and guiding all junior colleagues
Maintaining a clean, safe and healthy working environment
Leading the opening and / or closedown of the kitchen effectively
Managing food preparation levels
Communicating cleary any issues impacting the section / food quality
Carrying out out any reasonable instruction / duties as directed
Attending training sessions whether internal or ext
Reporting any defects in equipment immediately to the chef or manager in charge

The ideal candidate will come from a Pastry and Bakery background. You will also hold over 4 years of experience. Time spent within the F&B and Hospitality industry is highly desirable.
