Account Manager | Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing projects from initial inquiry through successful completion. This role requires excellent communication, sales, and project coordination skills to ensure client satisfaction and achieve company growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business through networking, cold and warm outreach, referrals, and industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and project briefs.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and profitability.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and quality service.
Develop partnerships with event organizers and identify new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Account Management, Event Management, or a related field.
With experience in account management, sales, business development, or project coordination.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM or project management software experience is an advantage.
Experience in the events, exhibitions industry is preferred.
