Job Title: Photobooth Designer & Operations Assistant**
**Job Summary:**
The Photobooth Designer & Operations Assistant is responsible for creating customized photobooth templates, preparing event materials, and supporting on-site operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, creativity, and coordination to ensure high-quality service delivery for all events.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Design photobooth templates using tools such as Canva and Adobe Illustrator, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
* Submit designs for client approval, manage revisions, and secure final confirmations within agreed timelines.
* Ensure all designs are finalized at least two (2) weeks prior to scheduled event dates, unless otherwise approved by management.
* Prepare and inspect all props, carpets, and accessories prior to events to ensure readiness and quality.
* Monitor inventory levels of paper and printing supplies, reporting shortages in a timely manner.
* Conduct monthly inspections of photobooth equipment, including:
* Cleaning and organizing digital files
* Checking operational condition of equipment
* Reporting any maintenance or repair requirements
* Ensure all equipment and materials meet company standards and are event-ready.
* Provide on-site operational support during events as required.
* Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth execution of services and client satisfaction.
**Qualifications & Skills:**
* Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Illustrator (AI)
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Attention to detail and quality control
* Good communication and teamwork abilities
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
