🏢 Events & Party Decoration Company
We are looking for a Junior Balloon Artist to join our events team.
The ideal candidate should be creative, energetic, hands-on and willing to learn and grow with the company.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare balloons for upcoming events
• Create basic balloon garlands and arrangements
• Assist with balloon installations on backdrops and event setups
• Assist with event setup and dismantling
• Prepare, load and organize event decorations and equipment
• Keep balloon supplies and working areas organized
• Follow designs, reference photos and instructions accurately
• Work together with the team to complete setups on time
Requirements:
• Basic balloon decoration skills
• Previous experience with balloon garlands is preferred
• Creative with a good eye for colours and arrangement
• Willing to learn new balloon techniques
• Physically able to assist with event installations
• Reliable, punctual and responsible
• Able to work under time pressure during event setups
• Flexible with working hours, especially on weekends
• Basic English communication
🎈 Training will be provided, but the candidate should already understand the basics of working with balloons.
💰 Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience and skills
