Warehouse & Event Setup
📍 Dubai
🏢 Events & Party Decoration Company
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and hands-on General Assistant to support our warehouse operations and event installations.
The role includes warehouse maintenance, preparation of event equipment, event installations and occasional deliveries/collections.
Main Responsibilities:
• Keep the warehouse clean, tidy and organized
• Clean event equipment after every use
• Prepare and pack items for upcoming events
• Check that all items are clean and in good condition before dispatch
• Paint and touch up backdrops, cake stands, props and other event equipment
• Carry out basic maintenance and minor repairs
• Organize equipment and return items to their correct storage areas
• Assist with loading and unloading
• Assist with event installations and dismantling when required
• Help install backdrops, SoftPlay, bouncy castles, tables, chairs and other event equipment
• Drive company vehicle when required for event deliveries, collections or picking up equipment after events
• Follow job sheets and preparation instructions carefully
• Report damaged, missing or broken items
Requirements:
• Valid UAE driving licence – REQUIRED
• Hardworking and physically fit
• Comfortable with cleaning, painting and manual work
• Basic experience with hand tools is an advantage
• Able to lift and move event equipment
• Organized and able to follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual and responsible
• Flexible with working hours, particularly during busy event days and weekends
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic English communication
Previous experience in events, warehouse work, maintenance, painting or installations is an advantage but not essential.
🚗 Company vehicle will be provided for work-related duties.
💰 Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience and skills
