WE ARE HIRING | BUILDING / TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR
Bozgun Property Management LLC – Dubai
We are looking for an experienced Building / Technical Supervisor to oversee the daily maintenance and technical operations of residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors
• Conduct regular building inspections
• Handle maintenance emergencies and resident complaints
• Follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance
• Monitor contractors and ensure quality and timely completion
• Prepare maintenance reports and follow up on outstanding issues.
Requirements:
• more than 3 years UAE experience in Building Maintenance, Facilities Management or Property Management.
• Strong MEP / HVAC / Electrical / Plumbing knowledge.
• Previous supervisory experience
• Good English communication skills
• UAE driving licence is an advantage
• Immediate availability is preferred
