We are seeking an experienced Freelance Renovation / Fit-Out Engineer to support the study, planning, and preparation of a full renovation project for a 3-story building.
Project Scope
The selected professional will be responsible for:
* Reviewing project requirements for full building renovation
* Assessing and recommending suitable internal and external materials
* Preparing fit-out and renovation specifications
* Assisting in the development of contractual and technical documentation for project execution
* Coordinating feasibility input for complete refurbishment of the building
Requirements
* Proven experience in renovation and fit-out engineering projects
* Strong knowledge of construction materials (interior & exterior systems)
* Ability to prepare technical reports and contractual documentation
* Experience with multi-story building projects preferred
Independent/freelance working capability
