WE ARE HIRING – Lead / Senior Architect (Luxury Villas)

Esperto Casa Contracting L.L.C is looking for an experienced Lead / Senior Architect to complete the design and construction documentation for luxury villa projects in Dubai.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of architectural experience, including at least 5 years in the UAE.
- Proven experience with several completed luxury villa projects in Dubai, including personally preparing IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings.
- Experience with authority submissions and approvals (DDA, Dubai Municipality, Nakheel, or Trakhees).
- Strong proficiency in Revit or ArchiCAD, including developing complete models from existing drawings and generating construction documentation.
- Expertise in detailed construction drawings for façades, cladding, windows, curtain walls, roofs, waterproofing, roof pools, staircases, and lifts (1:20, 1:10, 1:5).
- Experience coordinating architectural drawings with Structural and MEP consultants.
- Knowledge of Al Sa'fat compliance, GFA/BUA calculations, and DLTM setting-out.
- Ability to prepare architectural specifications.
We also welcome applications from Detailing Architects with 3–6 years of experience and strong construction detailing skills.
