Requirements:
• Relevant qualification in Occupational Health & Safety (HSE).
• Valid safety certification recognized by Dubai Municipality, as applicable to the position.
• Previous experience in high-rise building construction projects in Dubai.
• Good knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, Dubai Municipality requirements, and applicable safety standards.
• Experience in site safety inspections, risk assessments, toolbox talks, incident reporting, and emergency procedures.
• Ability to identify hazards and ensure compliance with site safety rules.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor daily construction activities and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions.
• Ensure the proper use of PPE and safe working practices.
• Monitor work at height, scaffolding, lifting operations, and other high-risk activities.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety inductions.
• Maintain safety records and prepare HSE reports.
