We are looking for an experienced HVAC Engineer to join our MEP Maintenance and Contracting team.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP maintenance and contracting, preferably in the HVAC field.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Ability to prepare and review HVAC layouts, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
Experience in estimation, BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and cost analysis.
Familiarity with HVAC design standards, equipment selection, and project execution.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
Good communication and coordination skills.
UAE driving license will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
Prepare HVAC layouts, estimations, BOQs, and technical proposals.
Conduct site inspections and coordinate with clients, suppliers, and project teams.
Review project requirements and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
Support maintenance and contracting projects from estimation through execution.
Prepare reports, material submittals, and project documentation.
