**WE ARE HIRING – HVAC Design Engineer cum Draughtsman**
**Salary will be negotiable
We are looking for an experienced **HVAC Design Engineer cum Draughtsman** to join our team in the UAE.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Proficient in AutoCAD.
* Perform HVAC design calculations, including HAP, ESP, heat load calculations, and other related HVAC calculations.
* Design and prepare detailed HVAC drawings based on project requirements and provided information.
* Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors independently.
* Read, understand, and interpret civil and mechanical drawings.
* Prepare and manage all project-related documentation from project initiation to final handover.
* Maintain project records, including drawing approvals, bill of quantities (BOQ), work schedules, and related activities.
* Handle multiple tasks efficiently and work effectively under pressure.
**Requirements:**
* Minimum **2 years of UAE experience** in HVAC design and drafting.
* Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, design standards, and drafting software.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
