Drafting & Design Coordination
Prepare detailed HVAC shop drawings (ductwork, chilled water piping, VRF/VRV, equipment layouts) from consultant design drawings and specifications.
Produce complex MEP coordination drawings (composite drawings) integrating HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems to identify and resolve clashes.
Prepare builder's work drawings (wall and slab openings, sleeves, and equipment foundations) for civil coordination.
Update drawings based on site mark-ups, design revisions, and engineer feedback.
Prepare final "As-Built" drawings upon project completion and commissioning.
Technical Support
Assist the HVAC Engineer in calculating duct sizes, pipe sizing, and external static pressure (ESP) where required.
Extract accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and material take-offs from approved shop drawings.
Visit the construction site occasionally to verify field conditions, take measurements, and resolve discrepancies between the drawings and actual site execution.
