A leading company is hiring an experienced Civil Engineer to oversee construction activities, coordinate site operations, monitor project progress, and ensure that civil works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities.
Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to project schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams.
Inspect civil works to ensure quality and compliance with approved specifications.
Monitor materials, manpower, equipment, and site resources.
Identify technical issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Conduct site inspections and assist with testing and approvals.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Monitor project quantities, measurements, and variations when required.
Attend site meetings and provide technical updates to management.
Assist with project handover, snagging, and close-out activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Previous experience as a Civil Engineer in construction projects.
Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and site procedures.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Good knowledge of quality and safety standards.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
UAE/GCC construction experience is an advantage.
Relevant engineering certification or registration is an advantage.
