Job Summary
Responsible for managing site operations, manpower, quality, progress, and coordination to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily site activities and project execution.
* Recruit, interview, and select skilled workers required for projects.
* Build and manage site teams, including foremen, technicians, skilled workers, and helpers.
* Plan manpower and distribute workers according to project requirements.
* Set and monitor daily and weekly productivity targets.
* Supervise civil and finishing works, including panel installation and painting.
* Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and other site teams.
* Review drawings and ensure correct execution.
* Monitor quality and prepare works for inspection.
* Track project progress, manpower, and completed quantities.
* Arrange required materials, tools, and equipment.
* Control labor costs, material wastage, and rework.
* Solve site problems and report delays to management.
* Ensure compliance with UAE safety requirements.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
* 2–4 years of site experience.
* UAE/GCC experience preferred.
* Strong manpower and site management skills.
* Ability to recruit and evaluate skilled workers.
* Good knowledge of civil and finishing works.
* Ability to read drawings and specifications.
* Good English communication and leadership skills.
* UAE driving license preferred.
