🚨 We're Hiring - Civil Engineer (Mechanical Background Preferred)
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
Siteview Real Estate Survey Services Co. LLC is a growing and dynamic real estate survey company in Dubai. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our expanding team.
Position: Civil Engineer
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
(Mechanical engineering background or strong mechanical knowledge is preferred)
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
Valid UAE Driving License with own vehicle.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage site visits efficiently.
Added Advantages:
Knowledge or experience in Reserve Fund Studies and Cost Allocation Studies.
Experience in building inspections, property assessments, or real estate-related consultancy.
