Job Title: Civil Site Engineer
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our team in the UAE.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
2–4 years of GCC/UAE experience in civil construction projects.
* Strong knowledge of site execution, construction methods, and quality standards.
* Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documents.
* Experience in site supervision, coordination with subcontractors, and project monitoring.
* Familiarity with UAE construction regulations, safety requirements, and industry best practices.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering software (AutoCAD preferred).
*Valid UAE Driving License is highly preferred.
* Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* Flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
* Professional attitude with good interpersonal skills and a positive work ethic.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
* Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Ensure quality control and compliance with project requirements.
* Monitor project progress and prepare site reports.
* Manage manpower, materials, and equipment effectively.
* Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Assist in quantity verification, inspections, and project documentation.
