We are hiring Site Civil Engineer ,location is in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
Site Management & Supervision: Oversee daily construction operations, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.

Design & Technical Support: Prepare, review, and approve structural designs, CAD drawings, calculations, and technical reports.

Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and obtain necessary permits.

Project Controls: Manage budgets, prepare cost estimates, schedule resources, and report on project progress.

Coordination & Collaboration: Liaise with clients, architects, subcontractors, and consultants, including coordinating MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) requirements.

Quality Control: Inspect construction materials, earthworks, and structural components to ensure quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering.
Experience: Often requires 5+ years of UAE experience in construction, with site experience being highly valued.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD), structural modeling software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, surveying equipment, and local building regulations/codes.
Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
