Site Engineer Required – Construction Company in Dubai
Company: Al Saifi Building Contracting LLC
Location: Al Satwa, Dubai
Position: Site Engineer
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in UAE construction projects preferred
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to join our construction team for a project located in Al Satwa, Dubai.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in building construction projects.
- Good knowledge of civil works, structural works, finishing works, and site coordination.
- Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Experience in coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, foremen, and site teams.
- Ability to follow project schedule and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of Dubai Municipality requirements and site inspection procedures is preferred.
- Must be able to prepare daily site reports, manpower reports, and work progress updates.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage site activities properly.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings.
- Coordinate with consultant for inspections and approvals.
- Follow up with subcontractors and site workers.
- Ensure quality of work and report any issues to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with safety team to maintain safe working conditions on site.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management about site status.
- Ensure materials, manpower, and equipment are available as required.
Preferred Candidate:
- Civil Engineer or related engineering degree.
- Experience in Dubai building projects.
- Familiar with UAE construction site procedures.
- Available to join immediately or within short notice.
