We are hiring an experienced Civil Engineer.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
* Strong experience who interact with clients and bring the projects /business for the company
* Proven experience in obtaining approvals and permits from Dubai Municipality, DDA and other relevant authorities.
* Knowledge of engineering submissions, NOCs, permits and inspection procedures.
* Experience dealing directly with consultants and government authorities.
* Ability to manage site operations, machinery and technical teams.
* Knowledge of Dubai construction regulations and requirements.
Must have experience in taking Permissions from RTA / Authorities
* Can handle site work, approvals, and documentation
* Must have UAE Driving License (Preferred)
* Can join immediately
