URGENT HIRING – SITE ENGINEER CUM INTERIOR DESIGNER & ESTIMATOR
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
💰 Salary: AED 2,500–4,000 per month
📌 Experience: 3–5 years
🚗 Valid UAE Driving Licence: Mandatory
⏱️ Immediate Joining Preferred
We are looking for a highly skilled, independent, and business-oriented professional for residential and retail interior fit-out projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Independently manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation to final handover for residential and retail projects.
Handle client meetings, site surveys, measurements, design development, space planning, and 3D visualization.
Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings, working drawings, and authority submission drawings.
Handle and follow up on all required Dubai authority, landlord, developer, and building management approvals.
Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, quotations, and variation orders.
Arrange, negotiate with, and manage subcontractors, suppliers, labour, and materials.
Supervise site execution, quality, costs, safety, and project schedules.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors through project completion.
Manage inspections, snagging, rectification works, and final project handover.
Develop client relationships, generate leads, secure new projects, and contribute to company business development.
REQUIREMENTS
3–5 years of experience in residential and retail interior fit-out projects, preferably in Dubai.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D design, and rendering software.
Excellent skills in BOQ preparation, estimation, and cost control.
Practical experience with Dubai authority approval procedures.
Proven ability to arrange and manage subcontractors.
Must be capable of independently managing projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
Strong client communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
Valid UAE driving licence is compulsory.
Immediate joiners preferred.
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT
We need a complete all-rounder who can handle everything independently:
Project Initiation → Client Meeting → Site Survey → Design & 3D → AutoCAD Drawings → Authority Approvals → BOQ & Estimation → Quotation → Subcontractor Management → Site Execution → Inspection & Snagging → Final Handover.
Experience in both residential villas/apartments and retail shops/showrooms is essential.
