Position: Civil Engineer
Experience: Fresh Graduate / 0–2 Years
Salary: AED 3,000 per month
Location: Dubai, UAE
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
•Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
•Candidates with relevant site experience will be an advantage.
Key Requirements
•Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
•Basic knowledge of MEP, HVAC, and Fire Fighting systems.
•Good understanding of fit-out works and construction practices.
•Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and site activities.
•Good communication and coordination skills.
•Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams.
•Strong problem-solving and site supervision skills.
Job Responsibilities
•Manage and monitor real estate properties and ensure proper maintenance and standards.
•Coordinate with local authorities, including DEWA, Dubai Municipality, and Dubai Civil Defense.
•Supervise and coordinate with third-party contractors.
•Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth execution of works.
•Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with required standards.
•Monitor civil, fit-out, MEP, HVAC, and fire-fighting works as required.
•Follow up on maintenance, repair, and construction activities.
•Prepare and maintain relevant reports, documentation, and site records.
•Ensure work is completed according to approved specifications, safety requirements, and timelines.
