Facilities Coordinator
Facilities Management Department - AFR
Reports to - Facilities manager

Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties, Businesses, Procurement Department and Service Providers with regards to all required aspects of Facilities Management

§ Maintain CAFM system & raise alerts to FM on pending maintenance complaints.
§ Keep account of the monthly invoicing from the vendor and assign designated brands their respective monthly bills.
§ Assist Facilities Manager and the Team to develop strategic management plans including preparing of detailed Opex and Capex budgets.
§ Record all financial transactions including Purchase Orders to monitor Expenses vs Budget
§ Assist the Facilities Manager to implement and manage FM service level agreements and FM service contracts for the portfolio.

Skills

Experience required -

Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 5-7 years of FM coordination experience.
Job-Specific Skills: MS Office Expert. SAP operating exposure. CAFM exposure.
Education: College / University certificate
