Job Description
Apex Educational Services is looking for a motivated and target-driven Student Enrollment Officer to manage prospective student enquiries, provide academic guidance, and convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
Respond to enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Counsel students on suitable academic programmes and study options.
Follow up consistently with leads and convert enquiries into enrollments.
Manage the complete enrollment process from initial enquiry to registration.
Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and enrollment records in the CRM.
Achieve assigned monthly enrollment and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams for smooth student onboarding.
Build professional relationships with prospective and enrolled students.
Requirements
Previous experience in student enrollment, admissions, education consultancy, telesales, or lead conversion is preferred.
Strong telesales, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Confident in handling prospective students and converting leads.
Target-driven with strong follow-up skills.
Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
Experience using CRM systems is preferred.
UAE experience in the education sector will be an advantage.
