Provide safe, punctual, and discreet transport for family members, with primary responsibility for school runs, daily errands, and appointments, while keeping the family vehicles clean, serviced, and road-ready.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive family members safely to school, work, appointments, social events, and the airport
• Manage daily school drop-off and pick-up, arriving early and waiting as required
• Run errands: grocery collection, pharmacy, dry cleaning, parcel drop-offs, deliveries
• Plan routes in advance, accounting for traffic and prayer/peak times
• Keep vehicles clean inside and out; wash or arrange washing regularly
• Monitor fuel, tyre pressure, fluids, and warning lights; refuel before it runs low
• Schedule servicing, registration renewal, and insurance renewals with the employer's approval
• Keep a simple log of mileage, fuel receipts, Salik/tolls, and parking expenses
• Handle traffic fines and vehicle paperwork promptly, reporting any incidents immediately
• Assist with luggage, shopping bags, and child car seats
• Maintain complete confidentiality about the family, guests, movements, and residence
• Be available for occasional evening or weekend duties with reasonable notice
Requirements
• Valid [UAE] driving licence, minimum [1] year held, with a clean record
• Strong knowledge of [Dubai/Emirate] roads, routes, schools, hospitals, and malls
• Comfortable driving [sedan / 4x4 / large SUV]; automatic and manual as required
• Smartphone literate — Google Maps/Waze, WhatsApp coordination, Salik and RTA apps
• Clean police clearance certificate
• Presentable, non-smoking [if applicable], and transferable visa or willingness to be sponsored
