We are seeking a reliable and professional Company Driver to provide safe and timely transportation for office staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily employee pick-up and drop-off services, maintaining the company vehicle, and ensuring all transportation activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with UAE traffic regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide safe and punctual transportation for office staff to and from designated locations.
Follow assigned routes and schedules while ensuring timely pick-up and drop-off services.
Operate the company vehicle responsibly and comply with all UAE traffic laws and safety regulations.
Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or mechanical issues promptly.
Maintain the cleanliness, fuel level, and overall condition of the assigned vehicle.
Keep accurate records of daily trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
Assist with office-related transportation tasks, including document delivery, bank visits, and courier services when required.
Plan efficient routes using GPS and traffic updates to minimize travel time.
Ensure the safety, comfort, and confidentiality of passengers during transportation.
Support general office transportation requirements as assigned by management.
Requirements
Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License.
Previous experience as a Company Driver or Office Driver is preferred.
Good knowledge of UAE roads, traffic regulations, and navigation systems.
Strong time management, communication, and customer service skills.
Professional appearance, punctuality, and a responsible attitude.
Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks.
Flexibility to work according to operational requirements.
