• Safely operate delivery vehicles along assigned routes in compliance with traffic laws
• Maintain proper temperature control and hygiene standards to ensure product quality
• Assist in loading, organizing, and unloading goods efficiently
• Verify delivery orders against invoices and obtain customer acknowledgments
• Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) transactions when required
• Interact professionally with clients, restaurants, and catering teams, addressing any discrepancies
• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse
• Move and stack goods in designated storage locations
• Load and unload delivery trucks, containers, and pallets
• Assist in picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch
• Ensure proper arrangement of goods to prevent damage
• Verify product labels, quantities, and conditions prior to movement
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within warehouse areas
• Conduct daily forklift inspections (brakes, tires, oil, battery, etc.)
• Report any damages, incidents, or maintenance issues immediately
• Comply with all company safety policies and warehouse procedures
• Support general warehouse operations as required
