Reports To: Operations Manager / Warehouse Supervisor
Job Purpose
Prepare customer orders at the warehouse. Deliver goods on time in good, undamaged condition while taking care of the company vehicle.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Correctly prepare goods as per customer order.
• Deliver goods to customers safely, on time and undamaged.
• Load and unload products carefully.
• Check that the correct items and quantities are loaded before leaving the warehouse.
• Ask customers to sign the delivery note after receiving their order.
• Return all signed delivery documents to the office.
• Collect cash or cheques from customers when required and hand them to the office immediately.
• Keep the vehicle clean and in good condition.
• Report any vehicle problems, accidents, or traffic fines to your supervisor immediately.
• Follow UAE traffic rules and drive safely at all times.
• Be polite and professional when dealing with customers.
• Help in the warehouse with loading, unloading, or other tasks when needed.
• Follow all company rules and safety procedures.
Requirements
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Previous driving experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads.
• Able to lift and carry products.
• Honest, reliable, and punctual.
• English is a must.
Performance Expectations
• Deliver orders on time.
• Deliver the correct products without damage.
• Keep the vehicle clean and well maintained.
• Drive safely and obey all traffic laws.
• Submit all delivery documents and payments on time.
