🚘 LIMOUSINE DRIVER REQUIRED 🚘
Experienced Limousine Driver required for
**2023 Lexus ES300 Hybrid**
in Dubai.
### DRIVER REQUIREMENTS ###
#• Minimum **5 years of UAE driving experience**
#• Good knowledge of Dubai roads, locations and traffic regulations
#• Previous **Limousine or Taxi driving experience preferred**
#• Driver with Dubai RTA Card can Join/Start immediately
#• Must understand Dubai limousine operations, bookings, sales targets and driver responsibilities
#• Driver from Bangladesh, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran dont apply because of UAE VISA restrictions
## SALARY / COMMISSION OPTIONS ##
Salary can be negotiate face to face or through my WhatsApp: discussion
**OPTION 1 → 35% COMMISSION**
• Driver receives 35% of Net Sales
• Owner receives 65% of Net Sales
**Net Sales = Total Sales − Fuel − Salik**

**OPTION 2 → FIXED SALARY**
Based on monthly Net Sales:
• AED 25,000 or above → AED 3,000 salary
• AED 20,000 to AED 24,999 → AED 2,000 salary
• AED 15,000 to AED 20,000 → AED 1,500 salary
• Below 15,000 AED → AED 1,000 salary
**Net Sales = Total Sales − Fuel − Salik**

**OPTION 3 → BASIC + COMMISSION**
• AED 1,500 fixed basic salary
• Plus 15% commission on Net Sales above AED 15,000
**Net Sales = Total Sales − Fuel − Salik**

**OPTION 4 → Fixed payment(for 2 Drivers)**
• Pay daily → AED 300 / Monthly → AED 9000
**Fuel − Salik pay by driver and driver can hire 2nd driver by his own**
### EXPENSES & RESPONSIBILITIES ###
**Owner will pay for:**
• UAE employment visa cost
• Vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Tyre replacement
• Vehicle insurance
• Other major vehicle-related maintenance expenses
**Driver will pay for:**
• English Test fee required for limousine/RTA process if required.
• RTA Test and RTA Limousine Driver Card related fees if required.
• Accommodation, Food and personal daily expenses.
**Only the UAE employment visa cost will be covered by the owner. English Test, RTA Test and RTA Limousine Driver Card expenses must be paid by the driver ig required **
### IMPORTANT CONDITIONS ###
• Driver must understand the **Dubai limousine business and RTA requirements** before applying.
• Driver must successfully complete the required **English Test and RTA Test** and qualify for the required limousine driver permit/card if required.
• Passport may need to be submitted to the company
• Only serious candidates with the required UAE driving experience should apply.
