In the first line of your application, tell us the make of the last vehicle you drove for work. No vehicle, no reply.
THE DEAL
AED 3,000 to 3,500 base. Plus a share of commission on every bike you help us buy, usually AED 1,500 to 2,500 a month on top. Employment visa and medical insurance. 10am to 8pm, six days a week, Mondays off. Based in Umm Ramool, on the road most of the day. Start now.
WHO WE ARE
AK Bikes is the UAE's largest pre-owned bicycle shop. We buy 75 to 90 bikes a month from people across Dubai and Sharjah, fix them up and sell them. We find more good bikes than we can collect. That is where you come in.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Drive the company van (Nissan Urvan, manual) to collect the bikes we buy.
- Check every bike before we pay: frame, gears, wheels, brakes, serial number. We teach you the checklist.
- Carry cash to pickups and hand it over with a record, every time.
- Deliver sold bikes to customers. Pack online orders with Ahmed.
- Move bikes between the shop and our storage 500 metres away. Keep the van clean and ready.
- Help find bikes on Facebook Marketplace and Dubizzle with Anas, our procurement lead.
- Write down every pickup, delivery and cash handover the same day.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AT 90 DAYS
Every pickup happens on the day agreed. Bikes arrive without new scratches. You catch problems before we pay. Your log is complete. No deal is lost because nobody could get there.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF
- You have a valid UAE licence for manual and a clean record. A big van in Dubai traffic does not bother you.
- You are on time every day. Your last boss will say so when we call.
- You are honest with cash. We never bend on this.
- You are fit. You lift bikes all day.
- English plus Hindi, Urdu or Arabic helps with sellers.
THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF
- You want to sit in the shop. You will be on the road.
- You have ever had a problem with cash at work.
HOW WE HIRE
