Interior Designer cum Estimator
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Interior Designer cum Estimator for residential and commercial interior projects.
Key Requirements
* Strong knowledge of 3ds Max with professional rendering skills using V-Ray Corona.
* Proficient in AI design, rendering and visualisation.
* Strong knowledge of AutoCAD for preparing detailed 2D execution and working drawings.
* Ability to develop interior concepts, space planning, Moodboard for residential and commercial projects.
* Ability to estimate project costs, prepare quantity take-offs and detailed BOQs.
* Good knowledge of interior materials, finishes and fit-out works.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Confident in client meetings, design discussions, presentations and handling design revisions.
