We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Designer with a strong proficiency in AutoCAD and 3Ds Max to join our dynamic team. As a 3D Designer, you will play a vital role in transforming concepts and ideas into visually stunning designs for our projects, specifically for fitout and landscape projects. Your ability to visualize and translate design concepts into detailed 3D models will be instrumental in ensuring our clients' visions become reality.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with architects and project managers to understand project requirements and design objectives to create Renders.
- Create highly detailed 3D models, renderings, and visualizations that accurately represent design concepts for commercial and residential fitout and landscape projects.
- Develop compelling and innovative design solutions that align with client expectations and brand identities.
- Produce accurate technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD to assist in the construction and implementation phases of projects.
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients
- Collaborate with the project team to refine and modify designs based on feedback, ensuring the final output meets both aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design techniques to continuously improve and innovate our design processes.
Qualifications:
- Relevant Education in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a 3D Designer, preferably in the fitout or interior design industry and Landscape field.
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD for creating technical drawings, Elevations and plans.
- Strong skills in 3D modelling software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating visualizations and presentations.
- Exceptional creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A portfolio showcasing previous 3D design work and AutoCAD projects.
