**Job Title: Project Head – Interior Designing**
**Company: Creative Nest Decoration Fit Out & Co.**
**Location: Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 1, Dubai**
**Salary: AED 8,000 – 12,000 per month**

Creative Nest Decoration Fit Out & Co. is a growing interior design and fit-out company committed to delivering innovative, high-quality design solutions. We specialize in creating functional and aesthetically compelling spaces tailored to our clients’ visions.
**Position Overview:**
We are urgently hiring an experienced and dynamic **Project Head** to lead and manage interior design and fit-out projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Oversee and manage multiple interior design and fit-out projects simultaneously
* Lead project planning, execution, and final delivery
* Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers
* Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements
* Supervise site progress and resolve any technical or operational issues
* Prepare project reports, schedules, and cost estimates
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
**Requirements:**
* Minimum **4-5 years of experience** in interior design/fit-out industry
* Proven experience in a leadership or project management role
* Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and fit-out processes
* Excellent communication and team management skills
* Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines
* **Must have a valid UAE driving license and own vehicle**
