Key Responsibilities
• Create and review architectural designs to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards.
• Provide technical guidance during construction and oversee project progress.

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 5-7 years of experience in architectural design and engineering.
• Professional certification or licensing (e.g., G+4 Dubai Municipality license) preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk, and SketchUp.
• Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and detailing.
• Leadership and mentoring skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
